This position is located at Moscow Family Medicine.   Clinical Lead RN personnel perform a variety of clinical tasks within their scope of training and certification, under the direct supervision of the healthcare providers working in the Gritman clinics and in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Idaho Board of Medicine, Idaho Board of Nursing, Joint Commission, Gritman Medical Center and Moscow Family Medicine. The Clinical Lead RN is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities in a specific nursing unit through the use of clinic and nursing standards.  This includes, but is not limited to, use of organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing patient care. Must be competent to implement all phases of the nursing process. The Clinical Lead RN is responsible for reporting patient status to the patient’s healthcare provider, obtaining orders for care, and implementing orders within scope of practice. The Clinical Lead RN will follow Gritman and MFM’s policies and procedures to deliver safe and competent care and will demonstrate a code of conduct reflective of a professional health care provider and in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Gritman Medical Center and MFM.
