This is a full-time, exempt, benefited position.
Provides primary holistic health care to all ages. Provides health maintenance and preventative services, episodic illness and chronic health problems through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, counseling, consultation and referral to appropriate resources. Supervises office personnel and monitors flow and productivity of office work. Provides service by appointment and on a walk-in basis during office hours, telephone consultation, and after-hours answering service.
Qualifications, Education, Training, & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and a Master's Program as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Idaho. Current Drug Enforcement Administration registration. Current CPR competency.
Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.
Frequent lifting/carrying of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent reaching, handling, fingering, and feeling to obtain supplies, write reports, and perform patient care functions. Constant hearing, talking, seeing for all aspects of patient care.
Location: Inside. Occasional risk of injury due to exposure to disinfectants and cleaning solutions. Frequent biohazard exposure from soiled patient care items and body fluids. Occasional exposure to infectious diseases.
